Christopher Nolan’s INCEPTION gets its first poster
Christopher Nolan’s next film, the Leonardo DiCaprio-starrer, INCEPTION, is one of 2010’s most anticipated titles, not just because its the director’s first film after the massive success of THE DARK KNIGHT, but because so much of the film’s plot is very much under wraps. Back in August, the film’s website hit the interwebs, and its mysterious spinning top did nothing to alleviate our lingering questions.
But, thanks to an eagle-eyed Slash Film reader, an off-shoot INCEPTION site (check it out HERE), has finally yielded some gifts, namely the very first INCEPTION poster. Hit the jump to see the full poster and how it was revealed!
According to Slash Film reader Keaton M, “Well the spinning top as fallen on Inceptionmovie.com which reveals a mini game called Mind Crime where you can create a maze for people to play around in. After completion you are rewarded with the first poster.” Why don’t y’all head on over and see what you can dig up? I doubt Nolan and Co. are just holding out on us with one poster.
INCEPTION is ostensibly about “a CEO-type (DiCaprio) [who] becomes involved in a blackmailing scandal.” For those seeking more information on the project, there is plenty out there on the web, and I’ve done my homework on it already, but I wouldn’t want to spoil anything. I’m guessing that the discovery is more than half the game in INCEPTION.
INCEPTION spins into theaters on July 16, 2010.
