CineVegas Red Carpet Premiere: EASIER WITH PRACTICE (with writer/director Kyle Patrick Alvarez, Brian Geraghty, and Jeremy Renner)
On the red carpet for EASIER WITH PRACTICE, I caught up with director Kyle Patrick Alvarez to discuss his film (my personal favorite from the festival), which went on to win the jury prize at this year’s CineVegas film festival.
I also caught up with the film’s star Brian Geraghty (HURT LOCKER, JARHEAD) to discuss the challenges of playing scenes with someone who is not there (in the film, Geraghty has a long-running relationship over the phone with someone he has never met).
I also got the chance to talk to HURT LOCKER star, SWAT villain (a guilty pleasure film of mine), and all-around nice guy Jeremy Renner about whether he likes to play the good guy or the bad guy.
