Courteney Cox talks SCREAM 4
It seems the news on SCREAM 4 has begun to pour out now that a few of the film's original stars have signed on, including Courteney Cox, David Arquette, and Neve Campbell. Cox herself recently spoke up about her excitement to return to the horror franchise. Here's what she had to say about her predictions on where we will find reporter Gale Weathers and her beau, Deputy Dewey.
"They're probably back living in Woodsboro," said Cox. "I think that he's probably still deputy, and I've had a lot of kids. I don't know. I'm probably miserable, and then I'm sure a lot of murdering will happen."
Not much is known about the story line of the film at this point, other than the fact that is will take place in Woodsboro 10 years after the last murders, as Cox noted and original screenwriter Kevin Williamson confirmed earlier this month.
SCREAM 4 is said to be the first of a new trilogy, which will introduce a new ensemble of characters for a new generation. Cox also stated, in relation to original cast members, that "there are really only a few of us that survived," I have the feeling that there will be even less still after Ghost Face is done this time around.
