After five weeks of breaking box office records, the script for THE DARK KNIGHT has finally leaked. I’m not much for reading scripts (I find that I don’t have the imagination for them) but this script is completely engrossing. Everything is there: the heist, the pencil, “Batman [racing] up a ramp into a blinding light.” What’s amazing is that every scene, the months of anticipation we all felt waiting for the movie, the hours we waited in line, the joy we felt watching Heath Ledger, it all fits into a 2.5 megabyte file.
