DEXTER: THE ANIMATED SERIES coming to Sho.com
When it comes to “Dexter,” I don’t think I’ve met many people, if any, that don’t absolutely love the show. In fact, I know many people who can’t get enough of it (myself included), like Dexter Morgan himself and his thirst for evil blood.
Well, have I got some news for you…if you’re one of those people who loves the show, that is. Showtime has just announced an animated webisode series called “Dexter: Early Cuts,” which will explore the origins of everyone’s favorite serial killer of serial killers. From challenged child to calculated killer, “Early Cuts” will give us a more in-depth look at the evolution of Dexter Morgan through 3 animated episodes or rather 12 parts, sliced and diced into 4 chapters, lasting 1-2 minutes each. Each episode will be from the meticulous hands of a well-known graphic artist (including Devin Lawson and Kyle Baker) and will feature the signature voiceover of who else but Dexter himself, Michael C. Hall.
The animated prequel of sorts will premiere exclusively at SHO.COM on Sunday, October 25th.
