Final poster for THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL
It has been no secret that I’ve loved everything about THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL. From the posters to the well-executed pastiche to the film itself, Ti West’s genuine and genius throwback to 70s and 80s horror is one of my recent favorites of the genre. So, as the film currently plays on VOD and hits theaters next Friday, October 30th, it is fitting that they save one of the coolest posters for last!
This one is less vintage, more modern. However, like the others, it presents simple yet bold imagery to evoke the tone of the film. It is a piece of filmic art I would be proud to have adorn my walls…even if I did fulfill my New Year’s resolution by giving up my moon-worshiping, Satan-following, human sacrifice-filled night life.
