GREEN ZONE gets a poster
Last week, Rusty brought us the first trailer for GREEN ZONE, the latest Paul Greengrass/Matt Damon collaboration. The film re-teams the pair that brought us the last two Jason Bourne films (and the next in the series, slated for sometime in 2011). GREEN ZONE sees Damon’s Roy Miller, a U.S. Army officer, going rogue after he uncovers a history of faulty intelligence within the organization. Naturally, he goes on a one man jam to find Weapons of Mass Destruction in the titular green zone.
The film also packs an impressive supporting cast, including Jason Isaacs, Brendan Gleeson, Amy Ryan, and Greg Kinnear. This first poster focuses solely on a gritty Damon, giving us a fun little tagline/synopsis: “Chief Warrant Officer Roy Miller is done following orders.” Well, then! I worry about those orders not being followed, because I have a feeling Damon is going to seriously eff them up. Sold!
GREEN ZONE hits theaters on March 12, 2010.
