GROWN UPS trailer
The trailer for the new comedy GROWN UPS has just hit the web. The film has an all-star cast of iconic comedians including Adam Sandler, David Spade, Chris Rock, and Kevin James. Oh, and Rob Schneider. I didn’t think the sentence “cast of iconic comedians plus Rob Schneider” flowed as well.
The film shows what happens when five school chums reunite over Fourth of July weekend after thirty years of not seeing each other. The film is directed by Dennis Dugan, who is no stranger to this cast of clowns, having helmed YOU DON’T MESS WITH THE ZOHAN, I NOW PRONOUNCE YOU CHUCK AND LARRY, THE BENCHWARMERS, BIG DADDY, and HAPPY GILMORE. The film also has a few notable names behind its screenplay including Sandler himself, Tim Herlihy – who has an impressive resume which includes BILLY MADISON, HAPPY GILMORE, BIG DADDY, THE WATERBOY, THE WEDDING SINGER – and Fred Wolf – who also has a few hilarious comedies under his belt with BLACK SHEEP, DIRTY WORK, JOE DIRT.
GROWN UPS doesn’t hit theaters until June 25th of 2010, but you can check the trailer out after the jump!
