IRON MAN 2 behind the scenes and new footage

MSN France revealed a small behind the scenes video and a new scene from IRON MAN 2 over the weekend. First off, MSN France? IRON MAN is American, baby! But, France gets this new stuff because the scene was filmed in Monaco and that's full of French people and such. The scene in question is the "race track" scene hinted at in the trailer. Everyone on set seems pretty jazzed about this American betrayal of a scene (I mean really, America is the king of trashy racetrack action). But enough talk, I'll let the video speak for itself...

Follow the link to the video, MSN France doesn't like to share.

Woop, there it is. Scarlett Johansson is looking AMAZING in her Black Widow outfit and Mickey Rourke is looking like he just woke up in a gutter after a weekend bender, so there is a little something for both men and women! The behind the scenes look at the race track scene is pretty cool, but I am more interested in the Frenchy scene at the end of the video.WARNING: some speculative spoilers to follow.

I don't speak French but some clever French nerds have decoded the conversation between Robert Downey Jr. and some bald French man. The conversation is basically this.

Man: We don't have any record on "Whiplash" no records and no criminal records. Nothing

Stark: Weird

Man: Yeah...so weird

Stark: Give me 5 minutes with him, that's all I need. 5 Minutes

Man: 5 minutes, OK.

Aaaaand scene. Does anyone else feel a DARK KNIGHT interrogation scene coming on? Also, note how burnt up Rourke is sitting in that room (looks like someone's Stark Heart went haywire). I don't want to get too far into speculative nerdom but, the image of Rourke without his whiplash armor gives me some hope that it breaks and he is forced to create a better yet-to-be-seen suit of armor. I can only dream.
