Laura Dern will be teaching LITTLE FOCKERS
Laura Dern, who used to get hotter than Georgia asphalt (I have the movie, WILD AT HEART, as a confirmed source on this), will be playing the headmistress of the school the Fockers’ children attend in the next MEET THE PARENTS film, currently titled LITTLE FOCKERS. As you can probably guess from the film’s working title and Dern’s role, this MEET THE PARENTS sequel will be about the Fockers dealing with raising children.
Dern will be appearing alongside franchise vets Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, Teri Polo, Blythe Danner, and Owen Wilson. This move makes Dern the second big addition to the latest film in the MEET THE PARENTS franchise. Jessica Alba also recently signed onto the project to play a pharmaceutical rep.
Dern’s biggest acting role in her 25-plus years in the profession has to be that of Dr. Ellie Sattler in JURASSIC PARK. Dern also played roles in David Lynch’s BLUE VELVET, OCTOBER SKY, and in the playful mystery movie, NOVOCAINE.
