New clip for BAD LIEUTENANT: PORT OF CALL NEW ORLEANS
Werner Herzog's sort-of remake of BAD LIEUTENANT is getting a lot of positive buzz (our own Kate Erbland has seen it and greatly enjoyed the film), and I am definitely excited to see what Herzog and star Nicolas Cage have done with their a story of a good cop doing some illegal things.
There is a new clip of BAD LIEUTENANT: PORT OF CALL NEW ORLEANS available exclusively through Apple . Somewhat surprisingly, there is no action or violence in the clip - you know the stuff that is often used to sell films in BAD LIEUTENANT'S genre. This scene is actually more about character development as it features Terence (Nicolas Cage) telling a story from his childhood to his girlfriend (Eva Mendes).
