But I do know that when I saw TWILIGHT, I had not read the books yet and only had a vague idea of the "rivalry," and about 1/2 the theater HISSED when Jacob first showed up. It was so strange! As for the Team Jacob/Edward - that is kind of lame...those of us who have read the books know who she ends up with and (hope I don't ruin it for you) know that everything turns out okay for everyone...for the the most part.
