New trailers for MR. FOX and TOY STORY
Here are two new trailers for two movies that I can’t wait to see. First up is a trailer and clip combo for TOY STORY. No, unfortunately this is not a peak at TOY STORY 3. The preview is meant to advertise the re-releases of TOY STORY 1 and 2 into one 3D double feature that will begin playing on 1,600 screens across the nation this Friday! Obviously, this release is mainly for the fans and there isn’t much new to show, so instead of doing a traditional trailer Pixar put together a cute 1950s-style video.
The second trailer is for FANTASTIC MR. FOX.
Unlike the TOY STORY trailer, this one is directly trying to convince viewers that the movie is worth seeing (I sure don’t need any convincing). They do this by filling the preview with quotes from reputable entertainment sources, like Rolling Stone, which states that “this movie deserves to be called groundbreaking.” My favorite quote is the one from MTV that says that “Pixar doesn’t have a monopoly on heartfelt and funny animation.” Click on the pics below to see the trailers.
