Here's the trailer for the TEKKEN, the live-action adaptation for the largely popular video game of the same name. This will come as no shock to you, but this adaptation looks to be 3% fun. There's two things directors should about us moviegoers: 1) If you're going to make a video game adaptation, you better spend a lot of time on it and make it damn good. Video games are sacred territory to the would-be geek that's going to pay a lot of money to see your movie over and over. 2) You can't sell a movie with stylized action scenes that are flooded with bad acting, irritating music, and a lazy script - people will ignore you.

TEKKEN is directed by Dwight H. Little (ANACONDA 2: straight-to-DVD) and stars Jon Foo as a fighter who competes in a popular tournament to avenge the death of his mother. Kelly Overton, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Ian Anthony Dale, Cung Le, Darrin Dewitt Henson, and Luke Goss co-star.
