Poster and release date info for ALL GOOD THINGS
There are few things as haunting as a dark Ryan Gosling - and that's precisely what you have to look forward to with Andrew Jarecki's non-documentary feature debut, ALL GOOD THINGS. Starring Gosling, Kirsten Dunst, and Frank Langella, the film's plot was a good pick for the doc director. Based "the true story of Robert Durst the scion of a wealthy New York family who was acquitted of killing his neighbor and whose first wife vanished into thin air." Gosling's character, David Marks, is "inspired" by Durst's life, which was way weirder than just your standard, run-of-the-mill murderer. Dark Gosling ahoy!
The film itself has its own shaky history. It lensed over two years ago, in the first half of 2008, but The Weinstein Company kept it shelved until March, when Jarecki himself bought back the U.S. rights to the film, with distribution eventually going to Magnolia Pictures. Magnolia will now release the film for a theatrical bowing on December 3. To get a feel for the look of the film, check out the full poster after the break!
