Ray Winstone joins SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN
Now it’s just getting ridiculous. Over the past three days, we’ve been slowly learning who would be taking on the roles of the seven dwarves in Universal’s upcoming fairy tale project, SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN. With Ian McShane, Eddie Izzard, Bob Hoskins, Toby Jones, Eddie Marsan, and Steven Graham all taking on six of those aforementioned seven roles, it’s about time that we learn who the seventh will be.
THR is reporting that Ray Winstone is in talks to star as Trajan, one half of the twin brother duo with Hadrian, to be played by Marsan. The film is being helmed by Rupert Sanders, and will star Kristen Stewart, Charlize Theron, and Chris Hemsworth.
With the late summer start date coming quickly, the film should be ramping up into production relatively soon, and with this amazing cast being assembled here, this is definitely one of the more interesting summer offerings we’ll be getting come 2012. That said, this won’t be the last we hear from Universal surrounding this film, so expect much more to come.
