Reese Witherspoon knows RULE #1
Actress, Oscar winner, and person Reese Witherspoon has signed on to star and produce the film RULE #1. I wonder if the rule is to have an adorable smile because Reese always seems to follow that rule. RULE #1 is about the friendship that comes about between a New York woman and a Puerto Rican girl who has attention deficit disorder. Reese will not be going against type and playing the Puerto Rican girl with ADD.
The screenplay for RULE #1 was written by Terrel Seltzer, who has not had a screenplay made into a movie since 1996, with the romantic comedy ONE FINE DAY starring George Clooney and Michelle Pfeiffer. There is currently no director attached to the project, but I'm sure having someone like Reese Witherspoon signed on makes the project look tempting for many directors.
I wish there were more details to go on right now with RULE #1, but at least we know the general premise, two very different people become friends, and one of them is going to be Reese Witherspoon.
