    bored to death Schwartzman

Jason Schwartzman wasn’t through with TV after Yo Teach!. He’s continuing to work on the small screen, but with some pretty huge and hilarious results. His new HBO show is called Bored to Death, and he stars alongside Zach Galifianakis and Ted Danson. Talk about comedy gold!

Usually, early online previews of TV shows are reserved for network TV and basic cable, so it’s a real treat for us non-HBO subscribers to see the pilot episode of Bored to Death a whole six days before it premiers! The premium cable movie channel has teamed up with Amazon to offer the episode early and you can watch it right now by clicking HERE!

If you’d like to know what the show is about first, check out this synopsis from Mr. James Wallace:

“The show, described as a “noir-otic comedy,” tells the story of a writer and alcoholic (Schwartzman) that decides to moonlight as a private investigator because he is literally bored to death with his life. Zach Galifianakis co-stars as Schwartzman’s best friend Ray, a comic book writer. The show also stars Ted Danson, Kristen Wiig, Patton Oswalt, Parker Posey, Oliver Platt, John Hodgman (PC from those lovable Mac commercials), and more!”
