STAR WARS…with zombies!
Zombies are all the rage right now. With that, it seems they are being added into just about anything, even to the point of being fused into existing pop culture. For example, see artist Matt Busch’s take on the classic posters for STAR WARS: EPISODE I-VI. Or should I say, ZOMBIE WARS!
Busch has put an undead spin on the iconic saga, with titles like ZOMBIE WARS, THE LIVING DEAD STRIKE BACK, RETURN FROM THE GRAVE, and more. Notice that classic imagery we’ve seen a million times before has rotted a little over time, with Han and Leia’s embrace now appearing as if Han is feasting on Leia. We also get a look at a zombie Vader, zombie Fett, and a zombie Padmé – who is strangely still attractive, despite the fact that I now know she is a true maneater.
Check out all 6 posters, which can be found not in a grave far, far down, but after the jump!
