When you get a chance, you really should see John Woo's cut, it's far far superior. Atleast this shorter version doesn't suffer from the dreaded ASHES OF TIME syndrome. and it's more accessible I guess. <br><br>btw, I think FACE/OFF is the ONLY Hollywood-era John Woo pic to do justice to his name, every image in that ridiculous film has a visual double entendre - but you're right about the others hehehe.
