Very cool featurette for THE IMAGINARIUM OF DOCTOR PARNASSUS
It is almost time for THE IMAGINARIUM OF DOCTOR PARNASSUS to hit theaters, starting on Christmas Day with a limited release. This a film that I know many, many (x 72 more manys) of you, like me, are very excited to finally see.
PARNASSUS is the Heath Ledger’s final film, so that naturally is going to get a lot of attention. It also looks fab-u-lous and is the latest film from Terry Gilliam, the man who directed quality films like BRAZIL, TWELVE MONKEYS, and TIME BANDITS. All these factors make PARNASSUS an extremely anticipated movie that some of you will be able to see in less than a week. So exciting!
Apple has made a PARNASSUS-flavored treat available with a featurette in which Terry Gilliam discusses the film’s art work. This featurette lets you learn how the artwork influenced the film from the director himself, cool stuff.
