Since the age of ten there have been two constant interests in Russell Lee Gordon II’s life: football and movies. Rusty’s interest in movies was excelled by the fact that he saw some of cinema’s best offerings long before he hit the recommended age, including Pulp Fiction at ten and Natural Born Killers at age eleven. Much of these great films’ content went over young Rusty’s head, but the films struck a strong chord with him.

Since then, Rusty has been consuming movies at a rapid pace, sacrificing the possiblities of relationships and a balanced social life for the glimmer of a theater screen. Rusty’s love for film caused him to pursue a degree in film, and eventually achieved this goal by receiving a degree in Radio, Television, and Film from the University of North Texas. Rusty currently works a standard office job, but cinema still remains his passion.
