If you answered yes to this question, why aren't you watching the trailer for SCOTT PILGRIM on a continuous loop? Yes, I realize sleep and food might seem like a critical facet of survival, but in my mind they don't measure up to the sheer level of awesome that can be provided by this single trailer. If you're looking for a little something to stave off that geek hunger, check out some of these photos captured directly from the trailer.
Internet buzz for this film is off the charts. I mean, it topped Justin Bieber on Twitter's trending topics. It looks to be a postmodern take on geekdom. And for this reason alone, I'm completely on board. Considering Michael Cera is the star and Edgar Wright is directing, this could be August's hot ticket. In fact, because of this trailer alone, SCOTT PILGRIM VERSUS THE WORLD has skyrocketed to the top of my "Most Anticipated Films of 2010" list alongside TRON: LEGACY and INCEPTION.
SCOTT PILGRIM VERSUS THE WORLD hits theaters on August 13th.
