BATTLE: LOS ANGELES posters make you want to believe

One film that seemed to generate a good bit of buzz at Comic-Con 2010 was BATTLE: LOS ANGELES, the verite sci-fi film from director Jonathan Liebesman (THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE: THE BEGINNING) that sees a platoon of Marines (played by the likes of Aaron Eckhart, Michelle Rodriguez, and Michael Peña) fighting it out with exterrestrial invaders in the streets of L.A. I imagine that there will be at least one illegal alien/illegal immigrant joke in the film.

The poster series features 4 locations and dates in which we've supposedly had close encounters with the third kind, with the fifth giving us a hazy glimpse at the other worldly foes we face off with in 2011. Also found on the poster is the website address http://reportthreats.org/, the film's viral site in which you can visit and learn about W.A.T.C.H., or the Worldwide Assessment Of Threats Concerning Humankind.

Check it out to learn more about the film's backstory and check out the posters after the break!
