BOBBY BLUE SKY gets a funny cast
Usually my favorite performances out of comedic actors hit the screen when they take on roles in small independent features. Zach Braff has done it, Bill Murray repeatedly does, and you don’t want to get me started on when Jim Carrey does.
Now three more comedic actors have a shot at impressing us all in a new indie.
Kristen Wiig, Paul Rudd, and Topher Grace have all joined a film called BOBBY BLUE SKY, a film about “three dysfunctional siblings coming to terms with the way their baby brother’s accidental fame as a character in their father’s children’s book series.”
I can imagine the chemistry between this cast pretty easily, as all three are very talented actors. Although this film is sure to have its fair share of laughs, it would be really interesting to see them take a dramatic turn with the performances.
On that note, who is a comedic actor you’d like to see take a dramatic role?
