Here's a look at this week's releases in DVD and BluRay. What should you rent? What should you buy? What should you completely ignore?

MAD MEN Season 2
Mad Men season 2
The second season of the critically acclaimed and Emmy-winning television series about an advertising firm in the 60s. If you were a fan of the first season, you'll love this one and will definitely want to Buy It.

Haunting in connecticut
The guy who jumped off the hotel in season 2 of VERONICA MARS plays a young man who is haunted...in Connecticut. The reviews for this film were less than great; it only received an 18% positive consensus on Rotten Tomatoes. Sometimes I like to watch bad movies with friends so I can laugh at them, so I'm most likely going to Rent It.

I still know what you did last summer bluray
The boring 1998 sequel to the boring 1997 slasher flick that is most known for Jennifer Love-Hewitt screaming, "What are you waiting for?!" in the rain is now being released on BluRay.  Rent It on the same night you watch HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT.

The third film in the VAN WILDER series tells about his, you guessed it, freshman year of college.  Unless you're into stereotypical teen sex comedies, you should flat out Ignore It.

Loosely based on the classic novel, "12 Angry Men," this Best Foreign Film Oscar nominee is brilliantly directed and phenomenally acted and would make a great addition to your movie collection.  Buy It.
