Say what you will about the man, Will Ferrell isn’t as one-note an actor as his biggest and most beloved films would have you think.

Joining films like WINTER PASSING and STRANGER THAN FICTION that make Ferrell really stand out as a comedian is his latest project, EVERYTHING MUST GO. And now, thanks to Apple, we actually have a trailer for this hugely anticipated project.

After playing the late year festival season in 2010, the film is quietly approaching its release on May 13, and this trailer definitely makes waiting until then all the harder.

The film is inspired by a short story penned by Raymond Carver, and follows a man who sells all of his worldly belongings after getting fired and finding his things tossed out of his house by his wife. This is Ferrell’s first performance in quite some time to have a tad bit of drama to it, and while the reviews coming out of the festivals were decidedly mixed, the supporting cast (including the always amazing Rebecca Hall) definitely have this writer interested in checking the film out.
