Fantastic Fest to get BURIED
LET ME IN, Fantastic Fest, I want to be BURIED! I like puns, and that was too easy.
Last week we found out LET ME IN will be opening Fantastic Fest and today it was announced that the festival will be hosting a Gala screening of BURIED, the claustrophobic thriller starring Ryan Reynolds. Oh, and Reynolds (along with director Rodrigo Cortés) will be at the festival as well, and I'll be there, jealous of his abs.
BURIED premiered at this year's Sundance with positive buzz, including a glowing review from our very own James Wallace. The film is about a truck driver and family man (Reynolds) who wakes up buried six feet under in a coffin with only a cell phone and a lighter. The entire film takes place in the coffin and my anxiety goes nuts just thinking about it.
