While the first trailer for the hotly anticipated sequel, THE HANGOVER PART II, may have caught the attention of many a film goer when it hit a while back, we now finally have our first real look at what to expect from this sure-fire hit of a sequel.

Apple has given us our second trailer for the film, and I must say, despite not being a fan of the first film, this does really look quite interesting, for better and for worse.

First off, the film is narratively exactly the same structure wise (at least at this point) as the first film.  Group has a massive party, wakes up missing a group member and must in turn find this group member before all hell breaks loose.  Even the idea that Stu has something superficially wrong with his person, is right back here in the sequel.

That all said, I’d be lying if I didn’t say I did laugh a couple of times during this trailer.  It’s not the best thing in the world, but it does appear to take on the premise and gimmick that was the first film, and given the cast they appear to have assembled here (I’m thinking Liam Neeson as a tattoo artist), this could be quite a solid comedy.  Overall, this is still very much a wait and see, but hey, there are far worse things than seeing Zack Galifianakis hang out with a monkey. Right?
