Just a day after the film’s first poster finally premiered, we have the first trailer for the upcoming Judd Apatow-produced ensemble comedy, BRIDESMAIDS, and it’s one hell of a funny piece of promotional material.

The film stars Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Rose Byrne, Jon Hamm, Jill Clayburgh, Matthew Lucas, Chris O’Dowd, Ellie Kemper, Melissa McCarthy, and Wendy McLendon-Covey, and follows a maid of honor who not only has to deal with her bride, but a group of snobby, pretentious bridesmaids who continue to give her hell.

You can check out the trailer over at Apple right HERE.

The film is directed by Paul Feig, and if this trailer is to be believed, this is going to be a truly funny piece of comedic filmmaking. There are a lot of great bits in this trailer, and looks like a really fun film, which is something that I can’t really say for a lot of Apatow’s recent projects, both producing and directing. I love the idea of a film focusing on an all-woman cast with the same structure and body type as a lot of the modern raunchy comedies released over the past few years, so this is a film I can’t wait to see.

BRIDESMAIDS hits on May 13.
