Funny trailer for SERIOUS MOONLIGHT
SERIOUS MOONLIGHT marks the feature film directorial debut of Cheryl Hines, who is best known for her work as Cheryl David on CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM. Hines' SERIOUS MOONLIGHT looks pretty good from its trailer, which you can check out after the jump.
The film is about an attorney (Meg Ryan), who ends up duct taping her husband (Timothy Hutton) to a toilet when she finds out he is leaving her for another woman. Ryan’s character then tries to convince her husband that they really are good together. The film looks like enjoyable, light entertainment, and also serves as important reminder that, if you’re going to leave your wife for another woman, make sure you are not in a movie first.
SERIOUS MOONLIGHT is written by Adrienne Shelly who was murdered in 2006. Hines appeared in WAITRESS, which Shelly wrote, directed, and co-starred in. SERIOUS MOONLIGHT will be released on December 4th.
