As reported by The MTV Movies Blog, the up-and-coming and always adorable Greta Gerwig may have spilled the beans on who might be doing some of the music for the Russell Brand-starring remake of ARTHUR.

When asked on the red carpet of the Independent Spirit Awards if the theme song might get remade, she excitedly revealed that “Cee-Lo might be doing something with it.” Check out the video of the lovely indie star after the break.

Personally, I’m a big fan of Cee-Lo’s music, especially his collaborative music with Danger Mouse on the Gnarls Barkley albums, and obviously Gerwig is excited by this fact as well.

His latest single, ”Fuck You,” is very quickly getting on the list of overused songs in trailers and some TV shows I’ve seen this year, so it’ll be a nice change of pace to hear some original music that maybe can’t be used in a bunch of new trailers for comedies over the next few years.
