James L. Brooks comedy now titled EVERYTHING YOU’VE GOT
One of the more interesting releases of this year has apparently gotten a new title.
The once called HOW DO YOU KNOW is now, according to Vulture, called EVERYTHING YOU'VE GOT. The film comes from James L. Brooks, and is the director’s latest comedy, starring Paul Rudd and Reese Witherspoon. However, this may not be the last change. Brooks, in speaking to Vulture, said that a third title may be in the film’s future, so this post may get a quick edit before the film hits theaters. Here's what the film is about, straight from the horse's mouth:
"Two people meet on the worst nights of their lives, and they’re being tested by adversity. I think the thing about life is, most of us reach that point where life can't be the same when this thing happens. It's just then when you have to give everything you've got and pray that it’s enough.”
While Brooks is indeed a talented filmmaker, this will have less than no effect on the film's ultimate quality. It’s been a slow news day, so this is what you get. It’s a film that I’m more than interested in, as the cast, including the likes of Owen Wilson and Jack Nicholson, is just fantastic, so all in all, it’s good to know what the hell you’ll be seeing when it hits December 17, but what can you say, it’s a slow day.
