The Big Bang Theory is a very popular show on CBS that has its foot right in the middle of geek and nerd culture. A large part of the show's success is due to Kaley Cuoco's portrayal of Penny, the not-so-nerdy hot neighbor. Now, it looks like she is taking the jump into film to play a different role, the hot sister in I, HOP.

I, HOP is the CG/live action film directed by Tim Hill (ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS), about a slacker (James Marsden) who injures an Easter Bunny (Russell Brand), and goofy high jinks ensue. In the film, Marsden's character has been living with his sister, Cuoco's character, so she also gets stuck helping with the Bunny.

Honestly, Russell Brand's style of humor goes right up my alley, that guy brings the funny. The film is a kid's film, however, so it could end up being pretty cheesy. Regardless, with an interesting cast like this one, it's worth keeping our eyes on.
