Kyle Chandler joins THE WOLF OF WALL STREET
Talk about a career maker.
Now, while he may have become a star with his work on Friday Night Lights, Kyle Chandler has stayed one of the most unsung actors around, only now seeing a boost in his career with films like SUPER 8 and the pending ARGO. However, he may have just found his biggest role yet.
Deadline reports that Chandler has joined the cast of Martin Scorsese’s upcoming film, THE WOLF OF WALL STREET, co-starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill. Penned by Terence Winter, the film will find Chandler as an FBI agent who is hell bent on bringing DiCaprio’s lead to justice.
Personally, I’ve always been a huge fan of Chandler, be it from his work on TV, or as my personal choice for any and every big name film out there (hello, anyone else think he should be Drake in UNCHARTED, for example?). He has this great aesthetic about him, and always brings his absolute A-game to any project, making him a real asset to any film he joins.
WOLF will likely arrive some time in 2013.
