Logan Marshall-Green takes a lead role in PROMETHEUS
Logan Marshall-Green is not really a household name, but you might have seen him in something before. Recently, he appeared in DEVIL, or you might recognize him from his television appearances. He has been on TNT's Dark Blue, and before that he was in The O.C.
Now he has the opportunity to become a household name, and there's a good chance he will. The actor has just been hired as one of the lead roles in Ridley Scott's upcoming film PROMETHEUS.
Marshall-Green will be playing the role of Holloway, a member of the starship crew who is the love interest for Noomi Rapace's character. Not only will he be joining the ranks of Rapace in the film, he will also be joining Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, and the infinitely popular Michael Fassbender.
I was a big fan of The O.C., so any time one of the actors from the show is cast in something, it's really exciting. The upside to it being Marshall-Green's turn this time, he has the opportunity to really bring a lot to the film. He's been working pretty hard in the past couple years, and a role like this is well-deserved.
