HOBO WITH A SHOTGUN is the newest film to be given the grand poster treatment by Mondo, the Alamo Drafthouse’s collectible art boutique.

An international trailer contest for the 2007 film GRINDHOUSE is where the idea for HOBO WITH A SHOTGUN was born. A fake trailer was made for the contest, and the trailer's prize for winning was being screened during GRINDHOUSE’s run in Canada. The feature film, starring Rutger Hauer, was shot last year and received great reviews at its Sundance Film Festival premiere. Check out the poster after the break.

HOBO WITH A SHOTGUN will be screening as part of the Midnighters series at the SXSW Film Festival next week. To coincide with the film’s screening, Mondo is releasing an amazing 24” x 36” art print of the film. The price and print run have not been released, but follow Mondo on Twitter for this information as well as a release date.
