More Alice in Wonderland news
Alan Rickman (Harry Potter, Sweeny Todd, and Die Hard) is the voice for The Caterpillar in Tim Burton's ALICE IN WONDERLAND, and he has just recently shared some very interesting news regarding the movie.
"It’s a mixture. The movie is a mixture of live action, animation, and stop motion, so it’s very complicated and I don’t think all three have been put together ever before,” reveals Rickman. “So I’ll be with a live action Alice. I will be a construct.” He also added in another interview that Helena Bonham-Carter, who plays The Red Queen, is, “in a costume and in makeup but her head is going to be made three times bigger than it actually is on top of the costume.”
This is very exciting news. I knew this movie would stretch people's imaginations and come up with new and fascinating ways to do so, and it looks like that is exactly what they are doing. I am so ready for this movie!
