New FUNNY PEOPLE clip – “Your grandfather went to Hell”
With everything that comes out the in way of FUNNY PEOPLE marketing, from the viral campaigns YO TEACH...! and RAAAAAAAANDY to the red band trailer, I get more and more excited for this Apatownian dramedy. Judd Apatow is the Judd Apatow of the film world. Don't think about it. It makes sense. Just accept it.
The man is a master of the genuine humor mixed with the genuine heart, and I am extremely excited to see what he does with a story involving terminal illness. As a side note, I am in fact not excited by terminal illness in general. Just stories about, and/or dealing with, said illness.
Check out the very funny clip below featuring Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, and Jason Schwartzman debating whether Schwartzman's character's grandfather went to Hell or not. I think we could all use more friends that tell us things like "It's not my fault your grandfather's in Hell. It's not a big deal. Some grandfathers go to Hell."
