New Japanese G.I. JOE trailer ft. first look at Cobra Commander

UPDATE: There are all sorts of questions coming out from every which way after this trailer made the rounds. Is that Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Cobra Commander? Is it not? Is it a character known only as "The Doctor"? Is he a totally separate character? Well, let's break it down.
The character you see in the trailer is, in fact, The Doctor. This is proven by the picture here. However, there is no "The Doctor" listed on IMDb in the cast list. But there is a listing for Cobra Commander played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, which has been public knowledge for quite some time and openly talked about in multiple interviews (even in our own interview with JGL found here.) So, there is a character named The Doctor in the film, which we see in the trailer and on this poster, played by someone whose has a top half of a head that strangely resembles Joseph Gordon-Levitt. There is also a character in the film who, although we have not seen anything of yet, is called Cobra Commander (played by...well, you know who). I will leave the rest to you to work out in your head, but here's two words to point you in the right direction. Plot. Twist. Remember, knowing is half the battle...too bad none of us will for sure until the film comes out August 7th. That is, unless you go read one of those early fan reviews.
COBRA-LAAAAAA! Check out the new trailer for G.I. JOE, Japanese style, for your first look at Joseph Gordon-Levitt as everyone's favorite nasally maniac, Cobra Commander. Granted, they only give us a quick now-you-see him-now-you-don't glimpse, but it's still more than we've been given thus far. Hopefully, the ploy of keeping all things Cobra Commander under wraps means that Sommers & Co. have something mighty epic up their sleeves for the character. And, frankly, Gordon-Levitt as Cobra Commander is the only thing keeping me mildly interested in this film at all. I know that for a fact. And knowing is half the...umm...equation? Goooo, Joe (Gordon-Levitt as Cobra Commander)!
As a side note, is it just me or there something very odd about Marlon Wayan's delivery on "What do they accelerate?" He seems to be sucking in air like Kirby in Kirby's Adventure on SNES.
