Last month, we caught wind that Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, who are best known for directing the CRANK films, were most likely on board to direct the next GHOST RIDER flick. We also had a pretty good idea that Nicolas Cage would be reprising his role as Johnny Blaze in the film, and now we can definitely confirm that both bits of news are completely true.

Last night, while appearing as a guest on The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Cage confirmed not only his involvement in GHOST RIDER: THE SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE, but also Neveldine and Taylor's.

It's hard to even imagine that there is a GHOST RIDER movie that already exists, as it can be pretty easy to forget, despite the killing it made at the box office. That all said, this is a great chance to turn the series around. Plus, Nicolas Cage is back; that guy is totally in everything these days.
