Outfest announces 2009 festival lineup!
Outfest is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing, showcasing and protecting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) media. Today they have announced an innovative and diverse programming lineup for Outfest 2009: The 27th Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Film Festival.
In addition to the 181 films (65 features and 116 shorts) from 25 countries, Outfest hosts over a dozen panels and special events at seven venues across Los Angeles including West Hollywood, Hollywood, Santa Monica and Downtown.
The festival runs from July 9-19. Tickets go on sale on June 8 to Outfest members and on June 15 to the general public. Go HERE to get more info.
