Sandler creates Scary Madison
Adam Sandler's production company, Happy Madison, is about to get a little scary. A new divison of the company titled Scary Madison will focus on, you guessed it, horror and suspense films. The inaugural film for the new division is a thriller called Shortcut. The movie centers on two brothers who come upon a rarely used shortcut in their new town -- and soon discover the reasons why it's so rarely used. The script is co-written by Scott Sandler and Dan Hannon. Nicholaus Goosen, who directed Happy Madison's intergenerational comedy Grandma's Boy, will direct, and Andrew Seeley, Shannon Woodward and Dave Franco will star.
