Second trailer for CHARLIE ST. CLOUD
For our first look at CHARLIE ST. CLOUD, I went the Audio-Free Trailer route, so it only felt right that I would actually listen to this second trailer for the Zac Efron-starrer. This version starts off almost exactly like the first - we meet Charlie (Efron) and his cute little brother, Sam. The St. Clouds are sailing superstars, and life is sweet, until baby St. Cloud dies in a horrible car accident. But Charlie's guilt over the accident is eased in a strange way - he can still see his baby bro and spend time with him.
Whereas the first trailer plays up that relationship, with a late entry by a love interest for Charlie (played by Amanda Crew), this new look focuses much more on the romantic elements of the film. And though this may seem like a weird veer from the first trailer, it appears that Charlie and Tess' relationship might have just as many magical and slightly supernatural elements as Charlie and Sam's. Plus, there's a lot more shirtless Efron. Check out the second trailer for CHARLIE ST. CLOUD after the break!
CHARLIE ST. CLOUD will now open this summer - on July 30.
