Sienna Miller to star in JUST LIKE A WOMAN
Apparently Oscar has been quite good to one Rachid Bouchareb.
Despite losing the Best Foreign Language Film award to IN A BETTER WORLD, the director (whose film OUTSIDE THE LAW was nominated), has nabbed himself quite a big name for his upcoming follow-up.
Deadline has revealed that Sienna Miller has joined the upcoming film, JUST LIKE A WOMAN.Following a woman and her dance instructor as they go to Las Vegas for a competition, the film will also co-star Golshifteh Farahani and Roschdy Zem, with shooting set to star on June 13.
The film definitely sounds much more straightforward for the director, who is used to taking on much heavier subjects, as seen in films like INDIGENES and LONDON RIVER. nd say what you will about Miller, but she’s proven to be quite an interesting actress with a penchant for making silly project choices. However, it appears here that she’s got her head on straight, and should make this quite an interesting step out of Bouchareb’s comfort zone. I can’t wait.
