Glitter! Sparkles! Alicia! Jennifer! And Liza! WITH A Z! Details for the SEX AND THE CITY 2 soundtrack have been released today, featuring all-new tracks from Alicia Keys and a duet from Leona Lewis and Jennifer Hudson, along with a couple of hidden gems (including, I’m just guessing here, an audio-only version of the jam our four ladies of the city are rocking in the picture above).

The soundtrack from the first SEX AND THE CITY movie debuted at number one on Billboard’s Soundtrack chart and number two in the Top 200 chart, and this latest installment should fare similarly. The inclusion of a Liza Minnelli cover of Beyonce’s “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)” has already launched this baby to the top of my iTunes Wish List. There’s just certain songs that can’t be ignored. The soundtrack will be released both digitally and on CD on May 25. SEX AND THE CITY 2 stilettos its way into theaters on May 27. Get your cosmos filled and your hair pumped.
