One of my favorite interviews, not to mention films, at this year's Sundance was HIGH School, a teenage stoner comedy starring Adrien Brody, Michael Chiklis, Matt Bush, Sean Marquette, and Colin Hanks. But don't be too quick to judge...the film doesn't get high on its own supply. In other words, HIGH School isn't representative of the typical teen comedy fare that we have become so used to, not to mention so sick of. It's more of a refreshing throwback to the great teen comedies of yesterday, such as FERRIS BUELLER'S DAY OFF and RISKY BUSINESS. (Read my review HERE)

Check out our interview with co-writer/director John Stalberg in which we talk HIGH School, the film's real life backstory, casting Adrien Brody as a crazed drug dealer, John Hughes films and oh so much more. It's as about as much fun as you can have with an interview without getting...well, you know.
