Here's the poster and trailer for Jospeh Kahn's new teen horror comedy DETENTION which premieres at SXSW on March 13. Kohan is responsible for TORQUE, which was horrible. DETENTION does not look much better. Collider describe the film best when they said it's a mix of SCREAM, THE BREAKFAST CLUB and a Disney Channel made-for-TV movie."  Check out the trailer and the full-size poster shown below.

The film stars Josh Hutcherson (THE KIDS ARE ALL RIGHT), Dane Cook (MY BEST FRIENDS GIRL), Spencer Locke (RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE), Shanley Caswell (MENDING FENCES), Parker Bagley (A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET), Alison Wood (SUPERHERO MOVIE), and Walter Perez (FAME).
