APART tells the story of two people who are forever linked to one another and, after a series of incidents, try to find their way back to each other. The story is not only captivating, but so are the performances from the film's two leads, Josh Danziger (Noah) and Olesya Rulin (Emily), whose on-screen connection is nearly jumps off the screen. Danziger's Noah begins the film having woken from a two-year coma and works to rehabilitate not only his body, but also his mind, as he pieces together his past.

As both the co-writer of the story and one half of the dynamic that drives the film, I was excited to sit down with Danziger to discuss his writing process, how he came across the disorder folie à deux (known as F.24 in the film), playing a character he helped create, and, of course, music. One of my favorite interviews to date, I could have talked to Danziger for hours and, after watching his work on screen, I suspected he was a talent to keep an eye on. Now having had the chance to speak with him, I have no doubt this is just the beginning of what we will see from him.

*Please note: things got a bit loud in the hotel lobby so excuse the noise and the fact that I had to repeat some of my questions a few times.
