Vera Farmiga has a unique role in SOURCE CODE, playing Colleen Goodwin - the only outside contact to Jake Gyllenhall's Captain Colter Stevens as he unwillingly serves as the guinea pig for a top secret, experimental military project known as the Source Code. Unique for two reasons: one being that Goodwin is one of the few who manages to keep her cool, all while having a front row seat to the unraveling mystery (not such a mystery to herself). The other being that, in that seat, Farmiga had her on-screen duo with a screen, as she was surprised to find that she wouldn't actually be on set with Gyllenhaal.

Check out our recent interview with the actress in which we discuss the mental challenges of SOURCE CODE, the multi-layered complications to her role and the film, and the inevitable question of what she would do given the choice to relive any 8 minutes of her life.
